Upfront Pricing, No Hidden Fees

By booking a repair, calling our team, or using this website, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept this in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, call us at (941) 430-8787 and we’ll explain it directly before you book anything.

1

Services Provided

We provide residential appliance diagnostic and repair services across Sarasota and the surrounding neighborhoods listed on this site. Our technicians diagnose the actual issue on site before recommending or performing any repair, and we service the brands and appliance types listed on our services and brands pages.

2

Diagnostic Fees & Pricing

A diagnostic fee applies to every service visit. If you approve the recommended repair, that fee is waived and rolled into the total price. If you decide not to proceed after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee still applies, since the technician’s time and travel are real costs either way. All repair pricing is quoted as one number, parts and labor combined, and confirmed with you before any repair work begins. That price does not change once work starts unless something genuinely different is discovered once the appliance is opened, in which case we stop and confirm with you first.

3

Scheduling & Appointment Windows

We provide a scheduled arrival window rather than an exact time, and we’ll send a confirmation ahead of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible so we can offer that time slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

4

Parts & Repair Timelines

Most repairs are completed in the same visit when the required part is on the truck. If a part needs to be special ordered, particularly for older, less common, or premium brand appliances, we’ll tell you before you approve the repair and schedule a follow-up visit once the part arrives. We are not responsible for manufacturer or supplier delays in part availability.

5

Workmanship Warranty

Every repair we perform is backed by a workmanship warranty covering the part and labor for the period your technician confirms at the time of service. If the same issue returns within that warranty period, we return and correct it at no additional charge. This warranty covers our workmanship and installed parts; it does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or issues arising after the warranty period has expired.

6

Manufacturer Warranty Considerations

If your appliance is still covered under its original manufacturer warranty, repairs typically need to go through the manufacturer’s authorized service network to keep that coverage intact. We’ll tell you upfront if we believe your unit may still be under manufacturer warranty so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.

7

Repair vs. Replace Recommendations

When a repair doesn’t make financial sense compared to replacing the unit, based on the appliance’s age, the cost of the repair, and its condition, we’ll tell you plainly rather than performing a repair that isn’t in your interest. The final decision on whether to repair or replace always rests with you.

8

Customer Responsibilities

To complete a repair safely and efficiently, we ask that the area around the appliance be reasonably clear, that any necessary building, HOA, or gate access be arranged ahead of the appointment, and that someone authorized to approve the repair price be present or reachable during the visit. Delays caused by inaccessible units or missing access arrangements may require rescheduling.

9

Limitation of Liability

We carry full licensing and insurance for the work we perform. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair itself; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unrelated appliance or home systems, or damage resulting from a customer’s decision to decline a recommended repair. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

10

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the approved repair unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at time of booking.

11

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled under Florida law and, where applicable, Florida’s landlord-tenant and consumer protection statutes referenced elsewhere on this site.

12

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update, and continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
